Choose a guide for the detail in front of you

Start with the QC checklist, then choose the question your photos need to answer. Use the angle guide for hidden surfaces, the quantity guide for pairs and accessories, the print guide for text and placement, and the image-quality guide for blurry details. Keep the selected listing beside the warehouse overview and record both visible matches and unresolved details. Category guides add checks for shoes, clothing, jerseys and bags.

Check sources, dates and the limit of each claim

Platform policies and service screens can change, so every article states a review date and links to the official material used for variable facts. A source can support that a workflow or window was published; it cannot prove a particular seller item, photograph or future outcome. Editorial explanations should label official statements, direct visual observations and uncertainty separately. When an older article conflicts with the current platform page, the current official source and live account flow control the practical decision.

Choose the article that matches the decision

Use the QC photo framework for visible identity and condition, the spreadsheet workflow for preserving a reference trail, the deadline article for keeping the evidence review actionable, and the packing article for translating visible risk into protection choices. Do not use a broad guide as a substitute for a missing measurement, unshown component or current policy check. Each article addresses a specific visual check. The detailed guides cover shoe symmetry, hoodie dimensions, jersey customization, size labels, ruler photos, lighting, seams and bag hardware.
