Each handoff answers a different question: the listing describes what was offered, the order records what was selected, and QC photos show only the received item from available angles. None can substitute for the others. Use stable identifiers and dates so that a changed product page does not erase the comparison. When a mismatch appears, describe the precise difference between two records rather than making a general claim about quality.
Review warehouse evidence while the decision is actionable
OOPBUY’s current help material checked on 1 September 2026 describes inspection and photos after warehouse arrival and a five-day or 120-hour standard return window. Verify the live rule and order status again when acting because policy and eligibility may change. Review identity first, then visible condition, measurements and included parts. If a missing angle could change the decision, state the exact view or measurement needed. Do not wait until parcel submission to discover that the useful after-sales period has passed.
Close the loop with a dated decision record
Finish each item with a concise state such as accepted, held for missing evidence, or escalated through the current order flow. Include the date, the feature examined and the evidence that supports the choice. Later, connect the packed parcel and delivered outcome to that item record. This does not convert one order into a universal review; it creates a local audit trail that improves the next comparison. Keep uncertainty explicit, especially for authenticity, material, internal electronics, durability and fit, which ordinary warehouse images cannot prove.
